The New York times bestseller
written by Stephen C. Lundin, Harry Paul, John Christensen. It is a management
book but unlike other similar books this one is interesting and easy to read
and practice in real life. The concepts are being explained as a part of a
story about a Mary Jane.
The story stars with introducing
Mary Jane who happens to be a normal woman with whom we all can connect
ourselves. As she is shifted to 3rd floor - a section which has many problems
in the entire company and needs immediate attention, she is feeling down and de-motivated.
But the story is about how she seeks a person (another common man) and learns
what could be done to change the atmosphere and condition of the 3rd floor and
making it possible without giving up. The steps she took are the real crux of
this book.
Fish - Swims well in our minds
